Credit controller/Payroll Administrator

£21,000 – £24,000 depending on experience

This is a newly created role due to support required for one of our group companies.

This is a sole charge role. Duties will include:

• Take responsibility for all credit control duties for the company
• Raising and sending weekly invoices to clients
• Weekly hours reporting to payroll
• Cash allocation
• Month end reporting
• Weekly credit control meeting inc reporting on status of debt / overdue accounts
• Query resolution and raising of credit notes
• Liaison with factoring company and control of client credit limits

Skills and attributes required for this role:

• At least 3 years recent credit control experience (ideally within a stand-alone capacity)
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident user of MS Excel
• Previous experience of Sage (desirable)
